{"id":3022,"date":"2014-05-22T18:01:00","date_gmt":"2014-05-22T17:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jamurcikudanusantara.com\/?p=3022"},"modified":"2026-04-06T04:54:17","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T04:54:17","slug":"resep-cara-membuat-puding-lapis-tape-dan-buah-nangka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamurcikudanusantara.com\/?p=3022","title":{"rendered":"RESEP CARA MEMBUAT PUDING LAPIS TAPE DAN BUAH NANGKA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>   Puding adalah hidangan dengan cita rasa manis, yang biasanya disantap sesudah hidangan utama, sebagai pencuci mulut atau hidangan penutup (dessert) bahkan saat berbuka puasa (Takjil).Berikut cara membuat puding lapis enak yang sederhana.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bahan Lapis Tape :<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 Bungkus agar-agar bubuk warna putih<br \/> 500 ml air<br \/> 200 gr tape hijau<br \/> 100 gr gula pasir<\/p>\n<p><b>Bahan Lapis Nangka :<\/b><br \/> 300 ml santan<br \/> 50 g gula pasir<br \/> 1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk warna kuning<br \/> 1\/2 sdt garam<br \/> 5 mata nangka, potong kecil<\/p>\n<p><b>Cara Membuat<\/b><br \/> 1. <b>Lapisan Tape : <\/b>Campur dan masak hingga mendidih agar-agar, air dan gula. Angkat.<br \/> 2. Masukkan tape ketan, aduk rata. Tuang 1\/2 bagian ke dalam loyang puding, dinginkan.<br \/> 3. <b>Lapisan Nangka : <\/b>Campur jadi satu dan masak hingga mendidih santan, gula, garam dan agar-agar. Tuang ke atas Puding Tape, beri potongan nangka. Biarkan dingin dan membeku.<br \/> 4. Tuang adonan Tape Hijau di atasnya.
